Andrew
Andrew Gifford is an innovator, entrepreneur, and property developer who brings stunning Southern Illinois properties to life. After graduating a year early from Lincoln Christian University, Andrew launched his career in property development in his hometown of Fairfield, Illinois.

With a hands-on attitude and hard work, Andrew isn't afraid to tackle a project. After rehabbing and bringing downtown landmark properties back to life, he set his sights on residential development and commercial restoration.
​
Andrew sees unlimited potential, whether restoring iconic properties to glory or bringing new ventures to his hometown of Fairfield, Illinois. He is inspired by his hometown community of Fairfield and entrepreneurs like Grant Cardone and Patrick Bet-David.

After dedicating formative years after college to learning from family members, hands-on employment at Menards, and continually putting in the work on his development projects, Andrew has successfully developed 70,000 square feet to date, with another 20,000 square feet under development.
​
A keen sportsman, explorer, and coffee enthusiast, Andrew is a proud owner of Fairfield's The Sports Zone, a sports training facility, and Fusion Coffee, Fairfield's newest coffee shop.
​
Andrew graduated from Fairfield Community High School and holds a degree in business from Lincoln Christian University.
